We recommend using milk with a fat content of 3% or higher for the best foaming results. Oat milk or almond milk can also be used, but the foaming effect depends on the fat content. The optimal milk temperature for frothing is 39.2-42.8°F.
The maximum foaming milk capacity is 130ml/4.4oz, the maximum heating milk capacity is 240ml/8.1oz, and the minimum capacity is 60ml/2oz. The milk frother will heat your milk/foam to a temperature of approximately 149 degrees Fahrenheit, with a variance of plus or minus 9 degrees.
Our electric milk frother is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel material and food-grade non-stick coating, ensuring it is BPA and PFOA-free, easy to clean and maintain. Please rinse thoroughly with water and a brush, and use a cloth to dry the surface. Avoid putting it in the dishwasher to prevent water ingress and damage to the bottom circuit board.
